FAQ’s – My Miller’s App/Rewards Program

Changes to note for those who participated in the prior rewards program!

Q: Is my credit card still linked for my rewards?

Credit cards are no longer linked to your purchases for earning rewards points. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes. In order to make this up to you, we are giving you a special treat of $5 when downloading the app to make up for any trouble this may have caused you! Thank you for understanding.

Q: What is the My Miller’s App?

A free mobile app for Android and iPhone that lets guests, earn rewards, gain access to VIP offers and promotions, order ahead and Skip the Line!

Q. What about my points from the old reward program?

All your points will transfer over once you download the App or register your account online. If you experience any issues, please send an email to rewards@millersroastbeef.com.

Q: How do I use the My Miller’s App?

Download the app from the iTunes or Google Play stores. You can order ahead, view your rewards or find our locations using the App. If you every get stuck, there is a great “help” button at the bottom right hand corner screen of the App. Visit that for help with the App or feel free to email us at rewards@millersroastbeef.com and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Q. How do I redeem my points for a purchase?

When you visit Miller’s, upon checkout ask the cashier to apply your rewards to the transaction, using your phone number. If you forget or want to do later, simply “connect to the check” through the App.

Q. What if I don’t have a smart phone and still want to participate in the rewards program? Can I?

Absolutely, simply register online at www.millersroastbeef.com/rewards. You can still participate. After registering, you will provide the cashier with your phone number each time to visit to get credits for your purchase that visit.

Q: What are the reward levels and how do I reach them? Are there any other benefits?

• Download the App for the first time and receive $5 in Miller’s Money. Our thanks to you!
• 1 Point earned for every $1 spent.
• Spend $50, Earn $5 Miller’s Money.
• Birthday Treats!
• 10 Points For First Time Visit After Downloading App.
• Use your points to purchase Miller’s Merch.
• Exclusive access to VIP offers and promotions.
• Order online and skip the line.

Q: Which Miller’s accept the My Miller’s App?

The app is nationwide at participating locations. You can view the current list of shops that accept the app under “locations” in the app menu.

Q: How do I place an online order?

• Head over to www.millersroastbeef.com/locations/ and order online.
• Use the App. Click “Order Now” then choose the location that you would like to order from on the list of locations.

Q. I used a physical card to participate in the old rewards program, what do I do now?

Please send an email to rewards@millersroastbeef.com – include your name, email used for old program, card number from the back of the card, and your phone number for contacting you. A member of our team will reach out to you and get everything settled – have no fear!

Q: Missed out on you’re my Miller’s rewards in the shop?

You can connect to the check through the App for up to 3 days after your visit. If you miss that window, have no fear! We are here to help. You can email rewards@millersroastbeef.com with you date or purchase and receipt number. We will update your account for you!

Q. Are 3rd party / delivery available for participation in rewards program?

Unfortunately, no they are not at this time.

Q. Do my points ever expire?

No, your points do not expire. You may save them for as long as you want or use them any time. Offers, birthday treats & promotions, however, DO expire. Please be sure to view the details of any offers or promotions as they are released.
