FAQ’s – My Miller’s App/Rewards Program

Q: Is my credit card still linked for my rewards?
Credit cards are no longer linked to your purchases for earning rewards points.
Q: What is the My Miller’s App?
A free mobile app for Android and iPhone that lets guests, earn rewards, gain access to VIP offers and promotions, order ahead and Skip the Line!
Q. What about my points from the old reward program?
All your points will transfer over once you download the App or register your account online. If you experience any issues, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: How do I download the updated My Miller’s App?
Visit the iTunes or Google Play stores. Download the updated App. If you see 2, please be sure to download the one with the Miller’s logo at the top of this screen.
Q: I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Click the following link to reset your password: Reset Here . You can also reset your link from within the App.
Q. How do I earn points for a purchase?
When you make a purchase online or through the app – AS LONG AS YOU ARE LOGGED IN – YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY EARN POINTS. When you make a purchase at the counter with us, upon checkout ask the cashier to apply your rewards to the transaction. Please provide the email or phone number you registered with. If you forget, simply email us at email@example.com and ask us to update for you!
Q. What if I don’t have a smart phone and still want to participate in the rewards program? Can I?
Absolutely, simply register online here. You can still participate. After registering, you WILL NEED TO provide the cashier with your phone number or email each time to visit to get credits for your purchase that visit.
Q: What are the reward levels and how do I reach them? Are there any other benefits?
• Download the App for the first time and receive $5 in Miller’s Money. Our thanks to you!
• 1 Point earned for every $1 spent.
• Spend $50, Earn $5 Miller’s Money.
• Use your points to purchase Miller’s Merch.
• Exclusive access to discounts, VIP offers and promotions.
• Order online and skip the line.
Q: Which Miller’s accept the My Miller’s App?
The app is nationwide at participating locations. You can view the current list of shops that accept the app under “locations” in the app menu.
Q: How do I place an online order?
You can use the App to place an order at any one of our stores. If you don’t have a smart phone you can click here and place your order online!
Q: Missed out on your My Miller’s rewards in the shop?
No worries, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email, check # and date of purchase.
Q. Are 3rd party / delivery available for participation in rewards program?
Unfortunately, no they are not at this time.
Q. Do my points ever expire?
No, your points do not expire. You may save them for as long as you want or use them any time. Offers, discounts & promotions, however, DO expire. Please be sure to view the details of any offers or promotions as they are released.
